WEIHNACHTSFEST

Manning’s 22nd annual festival will open with a traditional ceremony
Friday evening featuring a lighted parade, mass lighting of Main Street,
living window displays, fireworks, music, marshmallow roasting,
the arrival of Santa Claus and special children’s activities.
Holiday events continue through the weekend, providing special holiday
 fun for all ages along with a Christmas

Owl Prowl

Come out and hear, maybe even see, some of the magicians of the night, owls! 
This is a chance for you and your family to learn how owls make their living and
how to chat with them in your own back yard.  Hot cocoa and cookies await

SCHRAD ANNUAL CHRISTMAS LIGHT DISPLAY
Acreage decorated with thousands of lights and several animated lighted displays.
The lighted displays include a moving carousel, ringing bells, giant snowflakes in the
trees, nativity scene with hovering angels, moving reindeer in the trees and much more.

To view the display, take Hwy. 30 West 4 miles, turn North on Hawthorne and
go 1 mile, turn West on 180th St. and continue  1/4 mile. View display from the roadway
from Thanksgiving to New Year’s - dusk until 10:30 p.m.
