The 1st Annual Celebrate Carroll event builds on 68 years of Band Day parade success. We'll kick off Celebrate Carroll with a parade that showcases the people, businesses, organizations, and community spirit that make Carroll such a special place to call home!


Following the parade, continue the celebration at Graham Park, where the fun continues with live music, family activities, inflatables, food vendors, tournaments, bingo, and more throughout the day.


Schedule of Events

  • 8 AM - 9:30 AM | Food vendors set up
  • 10 AM - 12 PM | Parade
  • 11 AM - 6 PM | Food vendors open
  • 12 PM - 5 PM | Inflatables and kids' activities
  • 1 PM - 2:30 PM | Live music: Ryan North
  • 1 PM - 4 PM | Bingo in shelter house
  • 1 PM - 4 PM | Tours of log cabin and one-room school house
  • 1 PM - 4 PM | Tournaments: bags, basketball, and pickleball
  • 3 PM - 6 PM | Live music: Burnin' Sensations

  • Celebrate Carroll Parade

    Celebrate Carroll honors America's 250th birthday, making it the perfect opportunity to showcase your business, organization, or community spirit with a patriotic parade entry. Whether you create an eye-catching float, decorate a vehicle, or march with your team, participating is a fun way to connect with thousands of attendees and show your support for the Carroll community.


     Parade Registration Fees  

    • Charitable Organization or Individual/Personal: $20
    • Carroll Chamber Member Business: $25
    • Non-Chamber Member Business: $45

  • Activities & Games

     Inflatables | 12 PM - 5PM

    • Inflatables for all ages will be taking over Graham Park during Celebrate Carroll. Purchase a wristband and enjoy unlimited play on the inflatables!

     Mechanical Pig  | 12 PM - 5PM

    • Did we mention there will be a mechanical pig!?

     Kids' Activities Hosted by Local Non-Profits  | 12 PM - 5PM

    • Non-profit organizations have the opportunity to organize a kids' activity, with all proceeds going straight to the non-profit! Check out this flyer for activity ideas and additional info. You can also email a.schable@carrolliowa.com.

     Bingo | 1 PM - 4PM 

    • Bingo will be held in the shelter house.

     Tournaments | 1 PM - 4PM

    Ryan North | 1 PM - 2:30 PM

    Ryan North is a 19-year-old acoustic performer from Carroll. He plays cover sets spanning The Beatles, country, and the grunge and rock classics of the 90s.


    Burnin' Sensations | 3 PM - 6 PM

    Burnin' Sensations delivers contagious grooves and infectious melodies on demand wherever people gather. We thrive on crowd interaction as we deliver grooves from the late ‘60s through today.
